We have been in the textile industry since 1998. Starting with the industrial side of the business, we migrated to fill a void in the marine and commercial side in 2005. We have built a name for ourselves in the industry as we only offer the best quality products on the market at a reasonable and competitive price. This is very much a “you get what you pay for” business, but by cutting out inferior products and only offering the best, we are confident you will be happy with your purchase for many years.

Distinctive Upholstery & Marine offers snap covers and slip tension covers to full enclosures.  
We also produce custom bimini tops; bimini’s can be fabricated for any application. All top frame work is produced in-house from stainless steel, not aluminum like other facilities. We also use only stainless steel hardware on our biminis, not derlin plastic fittings and everything is mandrel bent in house to order for proper fitment.       

Canvas products are produced in Premium HydroFend Polyester or Sunbrella as these are the two best materials on the market. All canvas products are stitched with Gore Tenera thread which carries a lifetime rot/uv breakdown warranty.  

Snap covers come with adjustable support poles and vents bow and stern. We prefer to do our bowrider snap covers as a one piece cover in lieu of the classic cockpit cover and separate bow cover. We switched to this 8 years ago and haven’t looked back as there are many advantages of this style; the most important with this design is that there is no water running down the windshield slipping under bow cover and rotting out the backs of the bow seating, carpet, floors. The boat is completely sealed!   We can provide a separate bow cover, at minimal cost, for cool evenings or stormy days, at the customer’s request. Snap covers are priced on a per foot basis of the boat.
